Stand Behind the Work

Stand Behind the Work

A finished project should give you confidence, not leave you wondering if something was overlooked.

More Than Just a Project

Your home is where your life happens. That is why the goal is not simply to repair, replace, or improve something and move on. It is to leave you with a home that feels cared for and work you can rely on.

Being a local business means knowing that every customer is also a neighbor. We value the relationships built through our work and remain committed to supporting the community we call home.

Meet the People Behind the Work

James Babcock

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, James earned his General Contractor license in 2008. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed hundreds of projects for a diverse clientele, including retail homeowners, homeowners navigating insurance claims, and realtors. James also spent seven years as the Head of Construction for a midsize investment group. This broad experience gives him a unique knowledge of each client type's distinct needs and how to successfully deliver their projects accordingly. James’s primary focus is always providing quality projects on schedule and on budget, all while building long-lasting relationships with the clients he serves.

Veronica Garcia Babcock

Veronica is the daughter of a master carpenter who managed roofing projects until his retirement. From her father, she developed a comprehensive understanding of project management within the construction and roofing trades. While she is rarely stationed in the field, Veronica works tirelessly behind the scenes as the Buena Vista Office Manager. She ensures all estimates are thoroughly verified for accuracy prior to submission, and she meticulously organizes scheduling to guarantee that crews, dumpsters and materials arrive precisely on time, allowing every project to execute seamlessly from start to finish.

Salvador Garcia

Salvador started working in the roofing industry as a teenager, beginning on the ground crew and quickly climbing the ladder (pun intended). Moving from the ground crew to a crew boss managing multiple teams, he has spent more than 30 years in the trade. Salvador has earned the nickname "the leak wizard" for his incredible ability to find and repair stubbornly difficult leaks. Clients will see him multiple times throughout their projects, as he performs both pre- and post-inspections for all new roofs and roof replacements, while also managing the crews on-site. If your roof is damaged or leaking, Salvador is the one who handles the repairs and tarping. Clients frequently note that he arrives at the job with a smile on his face and leaves just as happy once the work is done. His motto for every project is simple: "Complete every job as if it were a job for my mother.”
